Submitting a request to access or delete personal data we may have about you takes time—on your part and ours. Once your request is complete, you’ll hear back from us within 45 days.
Make sure you have an email saved in your T-Mobile Prepaid or Connect by T-Mobile account settings.

As a parent or guardian, you can submit a request to access, delete, or correct your child’s data. As an authorized agent, you can submit a request to access, delete, or correct the data of an adult customer you represent.
Call our Care team
A Care Representative can help you submit a request to access, delete, or correct your own personal data, or data belonging to your child or an adult customer you represent. You’ll need to provide an email address and verify your identity before your request can be completed.
